• Cổng ứng dụng trực tuyến & Web Mini-Apps: https://app.autolisp.vn
• Các tiện ích mở rộng, AutoLISP và Plugin AutoCAD do đội ngũ AJS phát hành.

1.2. Dữ Liệu Thu Thập & Xác Thực Google OAuth

Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập các thông tin tối thiểu cần thiết nhằm mục đích vận hành kỹ thuật và bảo mật tài khoản:

Việc AJS sử dụng và chuyển giao bất kỳ thông tin nào nhận được từ Google APIs đến các dịch vụ nội bộ luôn tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng dịch vụ API của Google , bao gồm các yêu cầu về Giới hạn sử dụng (Limited Use):

• Không thương mại hóa dữ liệu: Tuyệt đối không bán, cho thuê hoặc cung cấp thông tin người dùng Google cho các công ty quảng cáo hoặc bên thứ ba.
• Không sử dụng ngoài phạm vi: Dữ liệu từ Google chỉ dùng để định danh và phân quyền quản trị viên nội bộ trên trang web lics.autolisp.vn.
• Không sử dụng để huấn luyện AI: Thông tin người dùng không bao giờ được sử dụng để đào tạo các mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI/ML) tổng quát.

1.4. An Toàn Thông Tin & Quyền Của Người Dùng

Mọi kết nối giữa trình duyệt của quý khách và máy chủ AJS đều được mã hóa bằng chứng chỉ số SSL/TLS (HTTPS 256-bit). Dữ liệu phiên đăng nhập được bảo vệ bởi công nghệ ASP.NET Core Data Protection Key Ring.

Quý khách có quyền yêu cầu tra cứu, điều chỉnh thông tin bản quyền hoặc xóa toàn bộ thông tin tài khoản khỏi hệ thống máy chủ của chúng tôi bất kỳ lúc nào bằng cách gửi yêu cầu về email chính thức: ajs@lisp.vn hoặc tankhanh2013@gmail.com.

2.1. Overview & Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all applications and services operated under the AJS (AutoLISP Just Simple) ecosystem, including:

• CAD Web Mini-Apps Portal: https://app.autolisp.vn
• AJS AutoCAD Plugins and software extension suites.

2.2. Information We Collect via Google OAuth

When system administrators use Google Sign-In to access administrative dashboards, our application requests access solely to standard, non-sensitive profile information:

• Email Address: Used strictly to identify the administrator against the pre-approved whitelist.
• Basic Profile (Name and Avatar): Used solely to display the current logged-in identity on the user interface.

We do NOT request access to: Google Drive files, Gmail messages, Contacts, Calendar, or any other sensitive or restricted Google user data scopes.

2.3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance (Limited Use Requirements)

AJS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements:

• No Sale of User Data: We will never sell, lease, or monetize Google user data to any third party, data broker, or advertising platform.
• No AI/ML Training: Google user data is never used to train, retrain, or fine-tune generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Limited Purpose: Data is accessed solely to provide and improve the user-facing administrative sign-in features of lics.autolisp.vn.
• Human Access Restrictions: No human personnel will read your Google user data unless required by applicable law or with your explicit consent for technical troubleshooting.

2.4. Data Retention, Security & Deletion Requests

All network traffic between client browsers and AJS servers is strictly encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS. Session state is managed through encrypted authentication cookies via ASP.NET Core Data Protection Key Ring.

User Rights: You may request the immediate deletion of your authentication record and profile data from our databases at any time by contacting our support team at ajs@lisp.vn or tankhanh2013@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 48 business hours.
